A miniature hardware store kit. The base joins with other Lane Village kits as a jigsaw.

• Precut chipboard pieces with matching laser cut
• Diecut embellishments, papers and white scored paper strips to assemble the building
• 3 A4 extra papers for a mini album or decorating
• Jigsaw-style chipboard and paper floor (17.5 x 18 cm)
• Finished building: approx. 10cm tall x 12cm wide x 10cm deep (height x width x depth)

Good to know: No instructions are included; the covers show photos of the finished build.
