For all retail product orders across Canada, we use the most cost-effective shipping options available—primarily through Canada Post or other reputable carriers—to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Delivery Schedule

We offer dedicated delivery service in select regions of Ontario as follows:

• Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area (GTHA):
  Deliveries are made every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

• Kingston & Ottawa:
  Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Eligible customers may qualify for free or discounted shipping within the GTHA.

If you prefer to pick up your order from our Trenton warehouse, please contact us in advance to schedule a time.
