At CashNCarry Emporium, we take pride in offering high-quality products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on any item that is defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference. For other eligible returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

How to Return an Item

1. Email returns@cashncarry.ca with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Conditions and Exceptions

• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
